Collection of fees for deposits are the same as always. Other fees will be charged quarterly by sending invoice. Minimum invoice amount is Dkr.: 50

Recall fees 

If materials are not returned by the due date, a recall notice will be sent.

 

The fees are:

1. recall DKK. 25,- per book/material

2. recall DKK. 50,- per book/material

 

Third recall is accompanied by an invoice on the amount to cover replacement costs plus a fee of DKK 150. A second case of such action for damages may result in barring from further borrowing. 

If the actual re-acquisition cost cannot be set, we use the following standard prices (per unit incl. VAT):

 

Danish books / videos	DKK 400
Foreign books / videos	DKK 800
Single periodical numbers	DKK 100
Bound periodicals	DKK 700
Loans from other libraries	Replacement cost from the owner library

 

If you have lost items, contact us before third recall. Hereby you can avoid having to pay the fine. But you must still pay the replacement costs. 

Invoices, which are not paid on time, are forwarded to Told & Skat (Customs and Tax), Den Centrale Inddrivelsesenhed (Central Recovery Unit). Told & Skat collects a further DKK 100 as a setting up fee, plus interest.

 

Lockerkeys

If you do not return the key after the loan period, or you have lost it, you will have to pay a fine of DKK.: 350,00

 

Courses

Courses in the use of library and databases are free of charge for all. 

Requisitioned courses are free of charge for faculty students and employees. Others pay according to the faculty regulations on commercial services rendered by public institutions.
